A pennsylvania native, berklee graduate, los angeles' based singer-songwriter/composer/performer Emily Hulslander has her hands in many pots as she expands her musical legacy. as a member of guyville, A duo with fellow singer-songwriter, kat hamilton, the duo describes themselves as "maren morris meets liz phair" and are active in the LA music scene. Emily also releases solo music under the moniker Social Drag, a project steeped in '90s alt-rock inspiration. Emily is also a singer in saved by the '90s and a bandleader/ singer for hot southern nights. She has composed music for short films and is a professional songwriter.
